There were various herbs and plants that were noted for their calming effect on the nerves in folk medicine.

These included balm, catnip, chamomile, cloves, hawthorn, hops, lavender, lime flower, orange blossom, passiflora, skullcap, thyme, valerian, vervain and wood betony.

I think I'm gonna need this as I'm now very anxious to watch UFC 113 live stream this weekend.
